Management Services

10% includes even the kitchen sink!



For ten percent of the rents received (only get paid when you do) we will do virtually every aspect of the management process for you. This includes, finding tenants, moving them in and out, evictions, periodic inspections and much more!! We are a one fee company because if makes things easier for everyone.

Keller On Mainenance:

You will have a hard time beating the prices we get, especially for the quality work done. We out-source to outside vendors as part of our ethic to provide the most affordable and consistent service to both our owners and our tenants. The vendors we use are all independent contractors that provide us with the best prices, as Keller Realty Property Management is one of, if not their best clients.
