Yes, but how many is determined on a case by case basis, i.e.; how big is the property? How many rooms and bathrooms? Parking situation, etc... Please note that each applicant over the age of 18 is required to fill out their own application along with a processing fee of $30.00.

Yes, in most cases pets are allowed by approval only. Each property is different and is determined by the owner along with the type of animal/pet that will inhabit the premises.
